Baku Returns Policy
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.
We endeavour to handle every order with as much care as possible, however, if you need to return an item due to an error on our part, or if you received goods that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Alternatively return the item to us and we can arrange for a replacement.
Changing your mind it is not a valid reason to return goods so, please choose carefully.
Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Full credit will not be given if the item is not in a saleable condition. Please include a copy of your packing slip or your online order receipt with your return. We reccommend all returns are sent using courier or registered mail to enure safe delivery. Your account will be credited within 10 business days.
